Request an appointment by emailing Lisa.  I will quickly respond with the most up-to-date availability. Sessions are conducted weekends and weekdays from 7 am - 11 am eastern time and are recorded by a conference call service for your convenience.

 

Booking An Appointment

You will be invoiced once we agree on date and time.  If payment is not received by the end of the day you are invoiced, the appointment will be available for wait listed clients to book.

 

No Refunds on Missed Appointments

A missed appointment is one in which you are not available at the appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered missed and forfeit.  Treat this as you would any other non-refundable event.  A missed appointment is a missed opportunity for not only you, but other clients that are eager to be read. A confirmation email is sent out as a courtesy; please check it for accuracy and notify me of any discrepancies immediately.

 

Rescheduling

 

Illness changes your energy and impedes having the best possible experience. If you are ill, reschedule your session for a time when you are healed.  Respectfully, I will do the same so that you receive the best possible experience.

 

24 hour notice is required if you wish to reschedule due to illness, weather, or an emergency. You will be required to pay a $75 non-refundable fee, as well as the full balance of the session. A rescheduled appointment means I will need to work to fill the time with a wait listed or new client, and will lose the income if I cannot. I do not get paid if I do not work.
